Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 2026These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MathsWatch. Please read them carefully — by using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MathsWatch (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, class, or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
02 Description of Service
MathsWatch provides free access to maths practice questions, interactive quizzes, printable worksheets, online calculators, and a formula library, spanning topics from primary-level basics through to advanced secondary maths. The Service is provided for educational and revision purposes and is offered free of charge, with no subscription or payment required.
03 Eligibility & Use by Minors
MathsWatch is intended for use by students of any age, as well as parents, guardians, and teachers supporting them. Because no account or personal information is required to use the core features of the Service, there is no minimum age requirement to browse worksheets, attempt practice questions, or use calculators. Where a contact form is used, we ask that anyone under the age of 13 have a parent, guardian, or teacher submit the enquiry on their behalf.
04 Acceptable Use
When using MathsWatch, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its underlying infrastructure, or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through automated scraping at a scale that degrades availability for other users
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, or harmful content through the contact form
05 Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Service and its original content — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, worksheet layouts, calculator tools, and the formula library compilation — are the property of MathsWatch and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may download and print worksheets for personal, classroom, or tutoring use. You may not redistribute, republish, or sell MathsWatch materials in bulk, or represent them as your own original work, without our prior written permission.
Underlying mathematical concepts, formulas, and standard notation referenced on the Service are, of course, not owned by anyone and remain free for all to use.
06 User Submissions
Any information you submit via the contact form (such as a topic request or feedback) may be used by us to improve the Service. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or copyrighted material that you do not have the right to share.
07 No Account Required
MathsWatch does not require you to register an account, and there is no login system. As such, features such as saved progress, personal history, or synced results across devices are not part of the Service unless explicitly stated otherwise on a given page.
08 Third-Party Links
The Service may, from time to time, reference or link to third-party resources for further reading. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing linked third-party resources is done entirely at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their own terms and privacy policies.
09 Availability & Changes to the Service
We aim to keep MathsWatch available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including specific worksheets, calculators, or topics — at any time, without prior notice.
10 Limitation of Liability
MathsWatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. See our full Disclaimer for further detail on the educational nature of the content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MathsWatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including reliance on any practice question, worksheet, calculator result, or formula presented on the Service.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MathsWatch and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
